Downloadable Yurok Tribal Court Rules 2008, the Constitution
of the Yurok Tribe, the Yurok Fishing Ordinance and the Appeals Code are able to be accessed from the tags listed below.

provided below, the Yurok Tribal Court Ordinance is available through the Court Clerk's Office at (707) 482-1350 *Please note all appeals after filing are assigned to Judges contracted through the Northern California
Inter-Tribal Court Coalition.
*NOTICE* Some filings require filing fees. Please check
with the court before sending in papers to file. At this point, the only thing that is free to file is a Temporary Restraining
Order. Divorce filings require $25.00 and service fee if you want the Yurok Tribe Public Safety to serve papers on the
reservation of $45.00. You may have someone over the age of 18, not associated with the case, serve the papers that
have previously been filed with the court. You must fill out a proof of service and return such to the Tribal Court
before the hearing date. If service is not completed, no judgement or finding will be issued by the Judge.
