Court begins at 10:00 AM.

CIVIL FILINGS: The Yurok Tribal Court accepts FILINGS.  Filing fees are required unless a waiver of fees request is submitted. Parties are responsible for their own service of the complaint and responses, including proof of service filed with the Yurok Tribal Court. Parties may pick up Yurok Tribe Civil Forms, use the downloadable Civil Form on the website or State of California Judicial Forms.  Please be aware of the filing times and service deadlines before cases are set.  Review the Rules of Court on this website prior to filing.

TO CLAIM AN UNIDENTIFIED NET:  Claimants must contact the Yurok Tribal Court to claim a seized unidentified net.  A court date will be set and claimants must attend the court session to claim the net.  Charges may be assigned with the claiming of a seized net.
